Glycol testing and replacement
Laboratory analysis of ethylene and propylene glycol, freezing point checks, draining, flushing and refilling.

Glycol ages, even if it looks clean
Inhibitors in glycol wear out. Acidic glycol attacks heat exchangers, seals and pumps, and a wrong concentration means less frost protection or lower capacity. We check the freezing point on site during inspections and send samples to a laboratory when a full analysis is needed.
- Freezing point check with refractometer on site
- Laboratory analysis: concentration, pH, inhibitors, contamination
- Draining, flushing and refilling of the circuit
- Supply of glycol concentrate or ready mixture
- Collection and disposal of used glycol

FAQ
Glycol: frequent questions
How often should glycol be tested?
At least once a year, and always after topping up with water or when the system shows corrosion or sludge.
Can we mix ethylene and propylene glycol?
It is not recommended. Mixing makes the concentration hard to measure and can affect the inhibitors.
Do you supply glycol?
Yes, as concentrate or ready mixture, together with the replacement or as a delivery.
