Service for chillers and industrial cooling
We work on the equipment that keeps production running: chilled water units, dry coolers, condensing units, rooftop units and the cooling systems of offset presses. Every visit ends with a written report in English.

A specialist team close to the German border
ChillerSerwis is a Polish service company specialised in chillers. Our diagnostic department is in Szczecin, about 150 km from Berlin, and our main workshop is in Wałsnów. From there our teams travel to plants in Poland, Germany and other EU countries.
- Independent: we are not tied to one manufacturer, so we look for the cause of the problem, not for a part to sell.
- Clear prices: fixed price for diagnostics, travel and hourly rates stated in the offer before we come.
- Documented work: measurements, photos and conclusions in a written report in English.
- Workshop option: smaller units can be sent to our workshop, which often costs less than a long site visit.

What we do and what we do not do
We focus on industrial and commercial cooling. To keep quality high we are clear about our scope:
- We do: diagnostics, repairs, modernisation, planned inspections and F-gas leak checks of chillers, dry coolers, condensing units, rooftop units, air handling units and heat pumps.
- We do not offer 24/7 emergency standby or service contracts with guaranteed response times.
- We do not carry out warranty inspections on behalf of manufacturers. After the warranty ends we take over.
- We do not service split and VRF air conditioning, fan coils, cooling towers or refrigerated display cabinets.
