Chiller service and diagnostics

Fault finding and repair of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers by an independent, F-gas certified team.

Pressure gauge on the chilled water circuit of a chiller

Find the cause, not just the symptom

A chiller that trips on high pressure, does not reach its set point or switches off at night has a reason. Our technicians measure the refrigerant circuit, the water side and the electrics before anything is replaced. You get a clear diagnosis and a quote, not a guess.

  • Refrigerant circuit: superheat, subcooling, pressures, leaks
  • Compressors: insulation resistance, currents, oil, starts per hour
  • Controllers and alarms: Carel, Siemens, Trane, Carrier and others
  • Water side: flow, flow switch, pumps, filters, glycol
  • Electrics: contactors, inverters, sensors, phase monitoring

FAQ

Chiller service: frequent questions

Which chillers do you service?
Air-cooled and water-cooled chillers from about 5 kW to large screw units, of all major brands, after the warranty period.
Do you carry spare parts?
We keep common parts in our own stock and order specific parts for the unit. Parts are offered as part of the repair, not sold separately.
How long does a diagnostic visit take?
Usually three to six hours on site, depending on the unit and how easy it is to reproduce the fault.
What do we receive after the visit?
A written report with measurements, photos, the diagnosis and a quote for the repair.
